Cause :-
This is the result of the handheld failing to make an RDP connection to the terminal server. This password is setup in the initial setup of the handheld RDP setup in Agility Mobile. so the software is sending the user back to setup page to correct the problem.
Resolution:-
You need to check several things :-
1.) Make sure handheld is connected to Wi-FI
2.) Make sure the credentials are correct on the handheld for the RDP user (in most situations customer use wisys01, wisys02, etc)
3.) Make sure the server, domain, etc are correct on the setup menu
4.) Make sure the RDP user isn't already logged into your terminal server
